Here at Nimble Kitchen, we are working on some changes. Over the years our focus has been focused on all things gluten free, but as time marches on, our focus has been on cookies. Therefore, we are changing our name to “Allison’s Cookies” and selling our best selling, Chocolate Chunk, Birthday Cake and Oatmeal Raisin cookies. We can’t wait to bake for you. You can order cookies anytime or come out at see us at various farmer’s markets and pop-ups. We will keep you posted on where you can find us.

The gourmet cookie world is exploding! I see so many different trendy – gourmet cookie places popping up and I LOVE IT! However, there aren’t a lot of options in those worlds for people who eat gluten-free. Even if there is a gluten-free option available, it is usually made in a facility that is also making a cookie containing gluten ingredients. There can be cross contamination and that can be very dangerous for some people.

I am hoping to bring a little fun cookie love to the gluten-free world! All of my cookies are gluten-free and have been made in a kitchen that has been gluten free for 5 years. I am constantly trying new recipes and mimicking the classics so you can enjoy cookies with confidence!
